What you already get without it

If the carrier confirms your parcel lost, or it arrives damaged, we replace it at our cost. That stays true whether or not you add this.

What this adds

  • Theft after delivery is covered. If your parcel is marked delivered but was taken, report it within 14 days and we send a replacement. Our standard policy does not cover this.
  • No waiting on the carrier. A carrier loss investigation can run several weeks before it closes. With protection we dispatch your replacement straight away instead of waiting for that outcome.
  • Replacement ships free, tracked, like every other order.

Good to know

One charge per order, whatever the number of machines. It does not cover damage caused by use, water or a crash after delivery, which is what the 1-year warranty is for.

What does pre-order mean here?
This batch is produced to order. You pay today, we dispatch within 1 to 3 business days of the batch being released, and delivery lands 7 to 14 business days from your order. If anything slips beyond that window we email you and you can cancel for a full refund, no questions.
How long does shipping take?
7 to 14 business days from the day you order, with free tracked shipping on every order, to every country we ship to. You get a tracking number by email the moment it leaves the warehouse.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, any time before it is dispatched, for a full refund. Email us with your order number and it is done the same day.
Can I mix different models in one bundle?
Yes. Pick your bundle size, then choose which machine goes in each slot. Four of the same or four different ones, the price is identical either way.
How is it controlled?
A 2.4GHz two-stick transmitter, included in the box. Throttle and steering are proportional rather than on-off, so you get fine control at low speed.
Does it arrive assembled?
Yes. Every machine ships fully assembled and function-tested. Charge the battery, bind the transmitter, and go.
What if something is wrong with it?
You have 30 days from delivery to return it for a refund, for any reason. If a machine develops a fault inside 12 months, send it back and we repair or replace it.
Are the attachments interchangeable?
Yes. Every machine in the range shares the same rear hitch, so the Twin Rotary Rake works behind any of them.
