1. These terms

By browsing or ordering from mowtech.store you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

2. Who we are

MowTech operates this store. Our contact address for all matters relating to your order is aftersalemowtech@gmail.com.

3. Products

MowTech machines are radio-controlled scale models with working attachments. They are hobby and collector products. They are not a replacement for a full-size lawn mower or any agricultural machine, and they are not intended for commercial groundskeeping. Product photographs are representative; small variations in shade, decals and finish can occur between production batches.

4. Age and supervision

These are not toys for young children. They contain small parts, a lithium battery and moving cutting components. Children should use them only under adult supervision.

5. Safe use

Keep hands, feet, hair, pets and loose clothing away from the machine while its attachments are running. Never operate it on a road, near water, or around people who are not paying attention to it. Charge the battery only with the supplied cable, on a hard non-flammable surface, and never leave it charging unattended or overnight. Stop using the machine if the battery swells, gets hot, or smells.

6. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if a price was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

7. Bundle discounts

Multi-machine bundle prices and the free attachment offer are shown on the product page and applied automatically at checkout. Promotional offers may be withdrawn or changed at any time; the terms displayed when you place your order are the ones that apply to it.

8. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.

9. Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns and Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for damage caused by using a machine in a way these terms tell you not to.

11. Intellectual property

The MowTech name, logo, site design and product copy belong to us. Please do not reproduce them without permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. This does not remove any consumer protection you are entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.
