What to include
If your message is about an order, include your order number and the email address you used at checkout. If something arrived damaged or faulty, attach photos of the item and the packaging. That lets us resolve it in one reply instead of three.
Before you write
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 4 business days, and delivery then takes 2 to 3 weeks. Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to show its first scan and often sits quiet for several days while the parcel is in transit. If you are inside that window, your order is on its way.
