Cancelling a pre-order
Our machines are sold on pre-order. You can cancel at any time before your order is dispatched, for any reason, and we refund you in full. Email us with your order number and it is processed the same day.
30-day returns
Once your order arrives, you have 30 days to return it for a refund, for any reason. You do not need to justify your decision.
Condition
The item must be complete, in a condition that allows resale, and returned with its transmitter, battery, charging cable and original packaging. We understand you will have taken it out of the box and run it; normal handling is fine. Items broken through misuse, missing parts, or returned without their accessories may receive a partial refund.
How to start a return
Email aftersalemowtech@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about why you are returning the item. We reply within 1 business day with a return address and instructions. Do not send anything back before you have that address, or we may not be able to trace your parcel.
Return shipping
If the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping. If you are returning it because you changed your mind, the return shipping is yours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return we email you the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to display it. Original shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct.
Faulty items and warranty
Every machine carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of delivery. If a fault develops within that period, send it back and we repair it or replace it with a new unit, at no cost to you. The warranty does not cover water damage, crash damage, disassembly, or normal wear of tires and batteries.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph the parcel and the item and email us within 14 days of delivery. In most cases we ship a replacement without asking you to return the damaged one.
